• What is the philosophy of care?

  • First, do no harm (your health is our priority) we use safe and natural treatments.
    Strengthen the individual client healing ability.
    Treat the cause of the disease not only suppressing symptoms.
    Help your body mind and spirit to heal through individualized plans and prevention advice.

• How long are the visits?

  • Usually 60, 75, and 90 minutes. Depending on the modality.

• How often do I have to come?

  • This purely depends on the modalities and the degree of your imbalances. It can vary from one or two visits for acute cases and six to ten visits, once a month, for chronic conditions depending on your individualized treatment plan.

• How do I pay?

  • Payments are due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, cheques or e-transfer.
    Please note we do not accept credit card or debit at this time.

• Are we covered by insurance?

  • As a member of good standing, we provide a treatment receipt which you can submit for reimbursement, however, you need to check with your carrier as to your details of coverage.
    We don’t complete or process any paperwork associated with WSIB, disability, or MVA claims.

• What happens if I miss an appointment?

  • We understand that you are busy and sometimes things come up, however, know that our day is booked to serve you.
    To allow all of our clients to receive equal opportunity for treatment, we ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you give 24 hours notice.
    If 24 hours of notice is not provided, you will be charged a full visit fee.

  • There is free street parking in front of the building on both sides.
